Laura Schwier is CEO of ICC Logistics Services, a shipper-side logistics consulting and freight audit firm founded in 1975 and based in Hicksville, NY. She has spent nearly five decades with ICC. In that time, she has worked in almost every part of the business before becoming COO, then President, then CEO. Her contract negotiations have saved clients tens of millions of dollars. She also serves as assistant editor of ICC's Logistics Strategies newsletter.
